ช่วงนี้ เห็นโฆษณารายการใหม่ของ National Geographic Channel ชื่อรายการว่า "Six Degrees Could Change The World" บ่อยเหลือเกิน เนื้อหารายการ ก็เป็นเกี่ยวกับการทำนายอนาคตว่า ถ้าโลกร้อนขึ้น 6 องศาเซลเซียสจะเกิดอะไรขึ้นได้บ้าง (จริงๆแล้ว โลกร้อนขึ้น 6 องศา ถือว่า เป็นไปได้สูงมาก) สิ่งที่เขาทำนายก็เช่น พายุเฮอริเคนถล่ม น้ำท่วมโลก มหาสมุทรเป็นกรด ปะการังตาย คนอพยพไปอยู่ไซบีเรีย และขั้วโลกใต้ ทะเลทรายขยายใหญ่ขึ้น แม่น้ำกั้นระหว่างปากีสถานและอินเดียแห้ง จนเกิดสงครามแย่งทรัพยาการธรรมชาติ ฯลฯ

วันก่อนได้คุยกับเพื่อนชาวเมกันคนหนึ่ง เขาพูดถึงกรุงเทพกำลังจม วันนี้บังเอิญผ่านไปเห็นข่าวจาก CNN และ MSNBC เกี่ยวกับเรื่องนี้พอดี ก็เลยเอามาอัพไว้ให้อ่านเล่นกัน
